Inspiring Careers in Food
The FMI Foundation, in partnership with Junior Achievement USA, has developed the Inspiring Careers in Food Workforce Initiative. This program actively involves food industry professionals in providing mentorship and coaching opportunities for K-12 students, paving the way for a bright future in the food industry. Company representatives get the opportunity to cultivate interest in their employment opportunities and have a direct hand in shaping the career paths of the next generation of workers.
