Meeting Attire:
The dress code for Productivity is business casual. In general, this means:
• For men: A collared shirt or polo-type shirt, slacks or khakis and casual shoes (non-athletic)
• For women: A blouse or polo type shirt, slacks or a skirt and casual shoes (non-athletic)
Cancellation and Other Policies:
Requests for refunds due to cancellation must be received at FMI by September 16, 2005. Registrations received after the September 16th pre-registration cut-off date are non-refundable. Please submit cancellations by e-mail to sgeorge@fmi.org.
