Informal discussion groups provide attendees with an opportunity to discuss ideas and challenges with their peers. Distribution center tours are part of the programming.

NOTE: Every participant - to qualify for FMI-member rates - must be an employee of an FMI-member company. Please remember an FMI member is either a retailer or wholesaler paying annual dues to FMI. All others are non-members. Walk-in registrants must present payment of the registration fee in the form of cash, company check, or credit card. Sorry, we can not bill.
Who Should Attend:
Vice Presidents and directors of distribution, logistics, warehousing, traffic and transportation and/or anyone interested/involved in distribution/logistics. (Discussion groups closed to the press.)
Meeting Attire:
Causal attire is recommended for the entire conference (no ties). The average daytime temperature can be in the low sixities; mid-forties in the evening.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
All cancellations must be in writing to FMI; please fax or email directly to 202-220-0878/tross@fmi.org. Full refund if notification is received prior to one week before meeting; 60 percent refund if less than one week's notification. No refund if notification is received after March 11 (COB). Companion Cancellation Policy: There is a $45.00 charge for the Companion Program. No refund if notification of cancellation of tour is received on Thursday, March 10, or later. Failure to cancel tour by Wednesday, March 9 (COB) will result in registrant being responsible for full amount.
