Explores the in-store supermarket pharmacy and the management and merchandising elements necessary to make this department a success. Also examines the legislative and regulatory issues that affect pharmacy operations. Includes a business appointment session where retailers and their supplier partners can meet to discuss products, programs and services. Discussion topics will include Health Care and Pharmacy Trends, Medicare Reform/A Prescription Benefit for Seniors, Finding and Retaining Tomorrow's Pharmacists, Profiting from Pharmaceutical Care, Delivering Quality Patient Information, and Supply Chain Integrity: Assuring the Quality of Medications.


Registration Includes:

Meeting materials, continental breakfasts, cofee breaks, lunches and receptions. Fee also includes access to the FMI SHow on Sunday, May 2nd.

Who Should Attend:

Pharmacy vice presidents, directors, buyers, and third party managers; store operations and GM/HBC executives; pharmaceutical company sales directors and trade relations representatives; and other suppliers of pharmacy-related products and services.

Meeting Attire:

Business casual for all conference events. Appropriate attire includes slacks and sports jackets for men; slacks or skirts for women. Please remember that meeting rooms might be chilly - we recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket to sessions!

Cancellation and Other Policies:

100% if cancellation is received by April 1; 60% if received by April 8.
