Cancellation and Other Policies:
Full refund if notification is received prior to one week before meeting; 60 percent refund if less than one week's notification. NO REFUND IF NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED AFTER OCTOBER 21, 2005. General Hotel Information:
FMI does not arrange hotel accommodations; they should be made directly with the hotel. A block of sleeping rooms ($164.00) will be held at the Plaza San Antonio (555 South Alamo Street, San Antonio, TX, 800-228-9290) for our attendees until September 21, 2005. Reservation requests received after this cutoff will be confirmed on an availability basis.
Be sure to identify yourself as an attendee at this FMI meeting to receive the special rate. Reservation must be cancelled FIVE days prior to your arrival to ensure advance deposit refund. Check-in time is after 3:00pm; check-out time is noon.
