Meeting Attire:
The dress code for Productivity is business casual. In general, this means:
• For men: A collared shirt or polo-type shirt, slacks or khakis and casual shoes (non-athletic)
• For women: A blouse or polo type shirt, slacks or a skirt and casual shoes (non-athletic)
Cancellation and Other Policies:
This year's event has a brand new format whereby suppliers will be scheduling appointments with retail/wholesaler attendees. Visit www.fmi.org/events/productivity, then click on "Appointment Scheduler," and log on using your username and password. Then go to "Appointment Schedule" and follow the steps provided. These one-on-one meetings will provide a productive, efficient and exciting leading-edge method for suppliers and retailer/wholesalers to discuss operational solutions. Requests for refunds due to cancellation must be received at FMI by September 8, 2006. Registrations received after the September 8, 2006 pre-registration cut-off date are non-refundable. Please submit cancellations by e-mail to chickman@fmi.org.
