The 2006 Financial Executive Conference will explore topics of interest to anyone responsible for or involved in the financial health of their company. Sessions will cover benefits and the bottom line, managing credit and debit card fees, corporate performance management, self-insurance vs. full insurance, a look at the new accounting standards, and a review of proper accounting of promotions and allowances. Informal discussion groups are scheduled for executives to discuss issues and concerns with their peers.

Chief financial officers, controllers, treasurers, accounting directors and managers, and/or other individuals involved in financial management. (Closed to the press.)
Meeting Attire:
Casual attire (no ties) is recommended for the entire conference. The average daytime temperature can be in the mid 80's; falling to the mid 70's in the evening.
Cancellation and Other Policies:
Full refund if notification is received prior to one week before meeting; 60 percent refund if less than one week's notification. NO REFUND IF NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED AFTER MAY 19 (COB). IF REGISTRATION IS NOT CANCELLED BEFORE START OF MEETING, REGISTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FULL REGISTRATION FEE.

The Food Marketing Institute is registered with the
National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. The 56th Annual Financial Executive Conference is at the advanced course level and there are no prerequisites.
