Full refund if notification is received in writing by COB Friday, September 28, 2007; 60 percent refund is received in writing by COB Friday, October 12, 2007. No refund if notification is received after October 12. If registration is not canceled before start of meeting, registrant will be responsible for paying the full registration fee. The FMI Risk, Insurance and Safety Management Conference is a “group-live” program at the advanced course level and there are no prerequisites. Attendance at the entire conference earns a maximum of 18 CPE credits in the management advisory services and personal development fields of study. General Hotel Information:
FMI does not arrange hotel accommodations; they should be made directly with the hotel. A block of sleeping rooms ($189.00) will be held at the Westin City Center Dallas(650 North Pearl Street (866-837-4246) for our attendees until Friday, September 21, 2007. Reservation requests received after this cutoff will be confirmed on an availability basis.
