The Safe Quality Food Institute is pleased to host the 2nd SQF International Conference on Food Safety Certification.

Central to the conference discussion is the drop in consumer confidence in the food supply and what all stakeholders in the global food market need to do to re-establish that confidence. The Conference will promote discussion and give participants the latest information on food safety certification and the SQF Program. There will be something for everyone with a keen interest in food and food safety.

Delegates will:
1. Learn about new trends in food safety certification, including food defense requirements and social and environmental responsibility.

2. Discover ways a supplier can build consistency, credibility and customer confidence, and reduce food safety and quality management system implementation and maintenance costs.

3. Share information and exchange ideas with retailers, suppliers, and training and certification providers.

A series of pre-conference workshops will be held as part of the conference program, and participants can take the opportunity to use these innovative formats to learn more about the SQF Program and to promote lively debate and discussion. Enhance your SQF knowledge at these workshops, which will be conducted on the 6th and 7th of November.

Workshop 1 Implementing an SQF 1000 Food Safety System
Workshop 2 Implementing a Responsible Food Defense Program
-SQF Module 3
Workshop 3 Implementing an SQF 2000 Food Safety System

Finally, no conference is complete without an opportunity for delegates to network and exchange ideas. The opening reception and conference dinner, quiz night and entertainment will provide a convivial atmosphere to facilitate informal discussions.

Don’t miss your chance to learn about the next generation of food safety certification.
