This information will include your name, title, company address and phone number as it appears above in this confirmation letter. Please take a minute to proof this information carefully for accuracy. If a change is needed, please notify Suzanne George at cpratt@fmi.org or fax to 202/220-0830 immediately. The deadline for Directory edits is December 5th.
Please be advised that your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable after December 5, 2007. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI can not refund the registration fee for any cancellations received after December 5, 2007.
