Full refund if notification is received by Friday, March 21, 2008 (COB); 60 percent refund if received by Friday, March 28, 2008 (COB). No refund if notification is received after March 28 (COB). Companion Cancellation Policy: There is a $45.00 charge for the Companion Program. No refund if notification of cancellation of tour is received on Thursday, March 27, or later. Failure to cancel tour by Wednesday, March 26 (COB) will result in registrant being responsible for full amount.
