FMI will hold Food Protection Committee (FPC) Discussion Days on August 31 –September 1, 2016, at FMI’s office in Arlington, VA. The time will be devoted to discussion of the 2016 Initiatives and other food safety topics of interest to the committee.

2016 FPC Initiatives include: Allergens, FSMA Implementation and Compliance, Listeria Prevention & Control at Retail, Menu Labeling Implementation and Metrics & Reporting. Time will be allocated to open discussion of other topics of interest.
