FMI has scheduled a Food Protection Committee (FPC) meeting for January 24-26, 2018 at the Pullman Miami Airport Hotel, 5800 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami, FL 33126. The meeting is being held in conjunction with the FMI Midwinter Executive Conference scheduled for January 26-29.
A room block has been arranged at the Pullman Miami Airport Hotel, 5800 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami, FL 33126. Here are the details;
Room Rate:
FMI Group Rate - $159.00 Single or Double (plus tax)
Check-in time: 3:00pm (local hotel time)
Check-out time: 12:00pm (local hotel time)
Reservation Cut-off Date: Wednesday, January 3, 2018.
Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis at hotel’s discretion. The FMI discounted group rate is not guaranteed after the cut-off date.
Making a Reservation:
Each guest must make their reservation by calling the Pullman Miami Airport hotel, Group Reservations at (305) 503-8384 and reference “FMI Meeting” to reserve a room in the FMI block at the discounted rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or accompanied by a first night room deposit. Group Reservations hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-6:30 pm (eastern time).
Reservations Cancellations and Changes:
All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of cancellation no later than 72 hours prior to arrival or guest will be billed for one night room rate plus all applicable taxes.
Early Departures:
Guests checking out prior to their confirmed check-out date will be charged one night room and tax. The Hotel will confirm guest’s check-out date upon check-in at hotel.
