A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by October 16, 2009. No refund if notification is received after October 16, 2009.

The 2009 FMI Risk, Insurance and Safety Management Conference is a “group-live” event at the advanced course level and no advanced preparation is required. Prerequisites: Previous experience in Risk, Insurance and Human Resources in a supermarket environment. Attendance at the entire conference earns a total of 19.0 CPE credits. 5.5 CPE credits in the Personnel/HR field of study and 13.5 CPE credits in the Personal Development field of study. FMI does not arrange hotel accommodations; please make room reservations at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort (480-947-5400) and be sure to mention the FMI Risk Conference. A block of sleeping rooms ($129.00) will be held at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort until Friday, October 1, 2009. Reservation requests received after this cutoff date will be confirmed on an availability basis.
