Cancellation and Other Policies:
If you are unable to attend the conference, FMI encourages substitutions. Please notify the Registrar by email to register@fmi.org. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, per registration can be granted when written cancellation is received by March 1, 2019. A refund of 50% per registration can be granted if the written cancellation is received between March 2 and April 5, 2019. We will issue substitutions, but will not issue refunds if the written cancellation is received after April 5, 2019.
FMI reserve the right to cancel the event prior to the event start date due to market conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event that FMI cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contracted paid registration fee. If FMI is forced to cancel a program while in progress you will receive a credit of 50% of the contracted paid registration fee. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as the conference is cancelled.
