Taking Action as a Future Leader!

This is the first of three sustainment activity modules that are required to achieve the Food Retail Leader Certificate. You must have attended the FMI Future Leaders eXperience in order to register for this online seminar. The on demand version will be available after June 28, 2018.

Online Seminar Learning Outcomes:
Participants will be able to transform the knowledge and insights captured throughout the Future Leader eXperience into tangible leadership development goals that will deliver results. During the webinar, participants will be introduced to their first Skills Challenge.

Skills Challenge: Scan the Horizon
Participants will gain a better understanding of the bigger picture at their organization. In this activity, participants will seek to fully understand their company vision, strategy, culture, and key performance indicators. Then, they will create a routine for maintaining strategic awareness instead of being reactive.
