Please notify registrar in writing by email to slentz@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A refund, minus a $75 processing fee, is granted when a cancellation is received by May 7, 2010. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by May 14, 2010. All registrations received after May 14, 2010 are non-refundable. No refund is granted if notification is received after May 14, 2010.

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) service the Dallas area. The hotel is located approximately 20 miles/30 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and approximately 5 miles/10 minutes from the Dallas Love Field Airport.
