The webinar will discuss these principles, which serve to supplement the Team’s recent publication, “Collaborative Value Chain Strategies to Reduce Unsaleables.”

The webinar will also discuss how a company can assess its level of organizational maturity in unsaleables management by benchmarking against industry best practices.
