Cancellation and Other Policies:
Please notify registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org. A full refund is granted when a cancellation is received prior to September 30, 2011. A 60% refund will be granted for cancellations received in writing by October 7, 2011. All registrations received after October 7, 2011 are non-refundable. No refund will be granted if notification is received after October 7, 2011.
