This 2-day Train-the-Trainer program, being held in conjunction with the 2004 FMI May Show, will focus on educating workshop participants on how to become an effective trainer. Materials provided include the SuperSafeMark Best Practices to Food safety and Sanitation Guide, the Supervisor's Guide, the Quick Reference Guide, Trainer's Kit and CD-Roms containing all PowerPoint Slides for customization. The instructor for this workshop is Dr. David McSwane, a respected member of academia and the food safety community and an author of the training material.
