Webinar Description:
The Power of Seafood explores shopper’s perceptions, attitudes and behaviors regarding seafood. While seafood may not generate the same sales volume as fresh meat or produce, seafood does attract a lucrative customer base and can serve to positively impact perceptions of a food retailer.
With only two in ten Americans eating seafood the recommended two times a week, this webinar and the associated report strive to provide insights and guidance for food retailers to optimize their seafood marketing and merchandising decisions.
Webinar Objectives:
Participants should attend this webinar to come away with:
- Identify ways food retailers can increase seafood consumption
- Determine the value of the seafood counter on shoppers’ perception of seafood quality
- Assess the importance of seafood sustainability and social responsibility to seafood shoppers
- Understand the impact of product claims on shopper purchase behavior
