RE:                    FMI Industry Collaboration Council Meeting, JUNE 27-28, 2018

 

The following outlines the details for our upcoming ICC Council and committee meetings on June 27 - June 28, 2018 at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia.  Attached is the draft agenda. Please plan your air travel arrangements as soon as possible to arrive no later than the morning of Wednesday, June 27.  The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27 and conclude by 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 28.  You should plan airline reservations to arrive and depart from Washington Reagan National Airport which is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Hotel information and reservation instructions are listed below:

 

Click on the Register Now tab above to register for the meeting no later than Friday, June 15, 2018.  If you plan to send a representative for your company, please forward the individual’s name to Karen Furman at kfurman@fmi.org.  If you would like your assistant to have access to this site, please forward their name and email address to Karen as well.

Please click on the “Hotel & Logistics” tab for complete meeting and registration information.  Our hotel room block cut-off date is Wednesday, June 6. Any reservations received at the hotel after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. The FMI discounted group rate is not guaranteed after the cut-off date so be sure to make your reservation as soon as possible.

In addition, we have confirmed the dates for our Fall ICC meeting in October. Please mark your calendars.  Here are the details:

October 22-23, 2018

We will start at 12 p.m. on day one and conclude by 11:30 a.m. on day two.  More details will be available in late June so you can register.

Reservations Cancellations and Changes:

The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations no later than 4:00 p.m. EST 72 hours prior to arrival or guest will be billed for one night’s room rate plus all applicable taxes. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
