The following outlines the details for our upcoming ICC Council and committee meetings at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, Alexandria, Virginia on March 14 – March 15, 2017.  Attached is the draft agenda as well as the minutes from our October 2016 meeting which include committee progress reports and key deliverables.  Please plan your air travel arrangements as soon as possible to arrive on Monday, March 13.  The meeting will begin at 8:00 am on Tuesday, March 14 and conclude by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 15.  You should plan airline reservations to arrive and depart from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport which is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Please click on the “Hotel & Logistics” tab for complete meeting and registration information.  Our hotel room block cut-off date is Monday, February 20. Any reservations received at the hotel after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. The FMI discounted group rate is not guaranteed after the cut-off date.

In addition, all past ICC presentations and meeting materials can be accessed on the ICC workspace at www.fmi.org/icc as well.

  2. Enter desired Arrival and Departure dates
  3. Click "Find" to check available rooms and complete a reservation

 

Call-in Reservation –

  1. Call Hilton Alexandria Mark Center Reservations at 888-871-3451 and follow the phone prompts
  2. Reference “Food Marketing Institute” to reserve a room in the group block with the discounted group rate

 

Reservations Cancellations and Changes:

The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations no later than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival or guest will be billed for one night’s room rate plus all applicable taxes. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.

 

Airport Information:

The Hilton Alexandria Mark Center is 7 miles from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and the estimated taxi fare is approximately $20.
