The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently finalized the Phasedown of Hydrofluorocarbons: Management of Certain Hydrofluorocarbons and Substitutes Under the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020 (HFC Management) Final Rule. The rule is the third component of a series of rulemakings required under the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act and establishes a new program for the management, recycling, and reuse of Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), synthetic gases primarily used for refrigeration and cooling.
Hear from the law firm Hunton Andrews Kurth who will provide an overview of the final rule, addressing how it differs from the proposed rule and whether requests made in our previous association coalition comments were included.
This digital seminar was hosted in conjunction with The National Grocers Association, The National Retail Federation, and The Retail Industry Leaders Association.
