*FMI reserves the right to review the event room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the event. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, including requests for specific room types.
Guaranteed Hotel Reservations & Cancellations
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made. Hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of the above methods.
All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be communicated directly to the hotel. Deposits are refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.
