The registration deadline is December 16, 2011. In order for your information to appear in the printed directory, your registration form and payment must be received by this date. Registrations received after December 16th, will appear in the Midwinter Addendum.
The Midwinter Directory will reflect the information you provided on your registration form or entered online. This information will include your name, title, company address and phone number as it appears in your confirmation letter. Please take a minute to proof this information carefully for accuracy. If a change is needed, please notify Deborah Stewart by email

Please be advised that your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable after December 16, 2011. Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation if received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
or fax 202.220.0830 by December 16, 2011. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI can not refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after December 16, 2011. However, registrations can be transferred to another company employee.

The Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek must receive notice of hotel cancellations or changes no later than 5 days prior to your arrival in order to receive a refund of your room deposit. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
*Please Note: One (1) night room & tax deposit is required to secure a hotel reservation. Hotel rates do not include sales tax (currently 12.5%). The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee reservations, as well as an arrival and departure date. Your credit card will be charged for your room deposit immediately upon completion of your reservation. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Please note that in order to have a reservation in the group room block, you must register for the FMI Midwinter Executive Conference. FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. The hotel will add an early departure fee to any guest who checks out of the hotel prior to the guest's reserved check-out date. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel prior to or at check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
