SafeMark Food Protection Manager Certification Exam

What food safety training publications does SafeMark offer?

SafeMark^® Quick Reference: Food Safety for Food Handlers, 4th ed.
Based on recommendations from the 2013 FDA Food Code. An industry rich text designed for the food handler with the focus on key areas of personal hygiene, time and temperature management, preventing cross contamination, cleaning and sanitizing practices, and accident prevention and safety.
