Cancellation and Other Policies
Please notify the registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org. A full refund, minus a $75.00 processing fee (plus a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card), is granted when a cancellation is received by Thursday, April 24, 2025. FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any cancellations received after Friday, April 26, 2024; however, attendee substitutions are allowed.
