- FMI will lead a three-hour crisis simulation aimed at challenging and honing communications skills on an emerging topic related to food safety.

- FMI will debut its online toolkit that will enable communications professionals to better equip and inform their colleagues across every department of the store.

- FMI’s librarian will share the latest FMI resources and preview the 2015 FMI research agenda.
1:00: Getting Social with Members
- FMI will lead a roundtable discussion on its social media strategy, digital communications and engagement tactics, seeking feedback from members on what resources they need when it comes to engaging with customers via social and digital channels.
