Cancellation and Other Policies

Please notify registrar in writing via email to register@fmi.org or via fax at 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, is granted when a cancellation is received prior to February 19, 2016. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by February 26, 2016. No refund will be granted if notification is received after February 26, 2016.

Supplier Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for showcase packages will be accepted prior to January 8, 2016. Suppliers will receive a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee, for the showcase package expense. No refunds for the showcase package will be provided if cancellations are received after January 8, 2016.

RESERVATIONS

Hotel Update as of March 1, 2016

The hotel cut-off date has passed and the FMI conference room block is now full. However, the hotel is accepting new reservations on a case by case basis at their best available rates. Please call the hotel at 1-888-627-7201 to check current availability and rates. If the hotel is sold out over your specific dates, you can ask the hotel to place you on their wait list for the next available room and we encourage you to make an alternate reservation at a nearby hotel. HOTEL CANCELLATION & CHANGES

The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations or changes no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival or one night’s room and tax is forfeited. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, or through the reservation method used to secure the reservation.

*Please Note: Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types. Hotel rates do not include hotel taxes (currently 12.05%). The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee reservations, as well as an arrival and departure date. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, or through the reservation method used to secure the reservation. Please note that in order to have a reservation in the group room block, you must register for the Asset Protection Conference. FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion.

TRAVEL

Airport: Tucson International Airport (TUS) is approximately 16 miles from the Westin La Paloma.

Taxi: Approximately $50 one-way per car. Pick-up is outside the baggage claim area.

Arizona Stage Coach Airport Shuttle: $78 roundtrip; $42 one-way. To make a reservation ahead of time please click here or call (520) 573-8152. Pick-up is outside the baggage claim area.

Self-Parking is available at Westin La Paloma and is complimentary with the group rate.
