Cancellation and Other Policies

Please notify registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org. A full refund is granted when a cancellation is received prior to August 20, 2012. A 60% refund will be granted for cancellations received in writing by September 3, 2012. All registrations received after September 3, 2012 are non-refundable. No refund will be granted if notification is received after September 3, 2012.
