Hotel Reservation Cut-off Date: Friday, April 26, 2013. FMI cannot guarantee availability or the reduced conference rate after this date. Reservations are subject to the hotel’s current availability and rates.
FMI has negotiated a special rate of $169.00 per night plus tax (singe/double occupancy). Rate
includes complimentary internet service (in guest rooms only) and access to the fitness center.
Please register early to avoid disappointment as the room block is likely to sell out early.

HOTEL CANCELLATION & CHANGES
The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations or changes no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival or one night’s room and tax is forfeited. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, or through the reservation method used to secure the reservation.
*Please Note: Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types. Hotel rates do not include hotel taxes (currently 16.75%). The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee reservations, as well as an arrival and departure date. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, or through the reservation method used to secure the reservation. Please note that in order to have a reservation in the group room block, you must register for the Food Marketing Institute Conference. FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. The hotel will add an early departure fee of one night’s room & tax to any guest who checks out of the hotel prior to the guest’s reserved check-out date. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel prior to or at check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Taxi - $24.00 one-way per car. Seating and Luggage: 6 passengers / amount of luggage depends on size of bags. Pick Up: Lower level of the airport.
SATRANS Airport Shuttle - $19.00 one way.
Parking is available at Hyatt Regency San Antonio. Prevailing parking rates will apply. Currently, overnight valet parking is $33.00 with “in and out” privileges, and overnight self-parking is available for $25.00 plus tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75.00 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation received in writing to register@fmi.org by May 4, 2013. If notice is received by May 12, 2013, a 60% refund will be given. Any cancellations received after May 12, 2013, will not be refunded. Please note, registrations can be transferred to another company employee at any point prior to the conference.
