HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The deadline to make hotel reservations is Tuesday, September 19, 2017, 5:00 p.m. local hotel time.
FMI has secured a block of rooms for Tuesday, October 10 through Thursday, October 12 for this event.
Register for hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Dulles either online via our personalized reservation link, or by calling 888-421-1442, follow the phone prompts and reference "Food Marketing Institute" to reserve a room in the FMI group block at the discounted rate.
Reservations Cancellations and Changes
The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations no later than 4:00 p.m. EST 72 hours prior to arrival or guest will be billed for one night’s room rate plus all applicable taxes. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
