RESERVATION DETAILS
Hotel Reservation Cut-off Date: Friday, February 27, 2015 at 5:00 PM (Local hotel time).
After this date, FMI cannot guarantee availability or the reduced conference rate. Reservations will be subject to the hotel’s current availability and rates.
FMI has negotiated a special rate of $254 per night plus taxes (single/double occupancy). Rate includes $15 resort fee, complimentary access to the fitness center and Wi-Fi in the room.
Please make reservations early to avoid disappointment as the room block is likely to sell out early.

HOTEL CANCELLATION
The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations or changes no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival or one night’s room and tax is forfeited. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, or through the reservation method used to secure the reservation.
*Please Note: Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types. Hotel rates do not include hotel taxes (currently 13% plus $1.75 occupancy tax subject to change without notice). The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee reservations, as well as an arrival and departure date. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, or through the reservation method used to secure the reservation. Please note that in order to have a reservation in the group room block, you must register for the Food Marketing Institute Conference. FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. The hotel will add an early departure fee of one night’s room & tax to any guest who checks out of the hotel prior to the guest’s reserved check-out date.
Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel prior to or at check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The-Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa is located approximately 20 minutes from the Hilton Head International Airport.
Ground Transportation:
A taxi transfer is approximately $35.00 one way. Pick-up is directly outside the baggage claim doors.
Savannah Belles Ferry:
The complimentary Savannah Belles Ferry runs two to three times an hour from 7am until Midnight, seven days a week. This convenient 90-second ride from the Resort will take you directly to fabled River Street and vice-versa. Historic Savannah, a block above on a bluff, can be accessed via the same water taxi stop. We advise guests to visit www.catchacat.org to download the current season’s ferry schedule.
Parking:
Valet parking for guests is $23.00 per night.
