Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is December 2, 2013. In order for your information to appear in the printed directory, your registration form and payment must be received by this date. Registrations received after December 2, 2013, will appear in the Midwinter Addendum.
Registration Information
The Midwinter Directory will reflect the information you provided on your registration form or entered online. This information will include your name, title, company address and phone number as it appears in your confirmation letter. Please take a minute to proof this information carefully for accuracy. If a change is needed, please notify Deborah Stewart by email or fax to 202.220.0830 immediately. The deadline for directory edits is December 2, 2013.

Cancellation
Please be advised that your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable after December 2, 2013. Refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee, will be made for any cancellation if received in writing to dstewart@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830 by December 2, 2013. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after December 2, 2013. However, registrations can be transferred to another company employee.
