Cancellation Policy
Please notify registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, is granted when a cancellation is received prior to April 21, 2017. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by May 5, 2017. No refund will be granted if notification is received after May 5, 2017.
