Seminar Description:
A new analysis of retail regulatory inspection data from multiple states has revealed some eye-opening results about the current state of inspections. By comparing over 400K routine inspections, the Association of Food & Drug Officials has discovered indicators of effective risk-based inspections, helping determine how well we are focusing on the factors that contribute to foodborne illnesses.
