Legal conference attendee taking notes

By attending sessions at the Legal Regulatory and Compliance Conference you could be eligible to receive CLE credits (pending state approvals). We have contracted the American Bar Association to apply for and oversee the CLE process this year.

Additional Information

Process

Attendees seeking CLE credit are expected to:

  1. Indicate specific jurisdictions for CLE credit when registering online for the event.
  2. Sign in and out each day on the attendance sheet at our registration table while on-site.
  3. Be physically present during sessions to receive credit.
  4. Complete an online affidavit that will be emailed to you by mcle-fmi@americanbar.org in the weeks following the event.

Next Steps

Within four weeks following the event, attendees who signed the attendance sheet and remained in attendance at the conference sessions will receive an email fom mcle-fmi@americanbar.org. This email will provide you a secure link to verify which sessions you attended in an affidavit and allow you to download your certificate of attendance. This certificate can be used for a jurisdiction we have received approval for or for your own self-applications.

FMI will apply to all requested states, but does not guarantee approval for any specific jurisdictions.
