Room Rate: $159.00 single/double occupancy plus additional taxes. 

Hotel cut-off date to reserve at the group rate: Tuesday, April 22, 2025 by 10:00 p.m.

Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m. ET 
Check-out Time: 12:00 p.m. ET 

Note: The event room block may sell out prior to the reservation deadline so book early. FMI cannot guarantee hotel rates or availability after the reservation deadline.

*FMI reserves the right to review the event room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the event. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, including requests for specific room types.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Individual attendees will be charged one night’s room and tax if you do not cancel by 6:00 p.m. the night before day of arrival; cancellations made prior to 6:00 p.m. will not be penalized. 

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations

FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.
