Program Overview

Trading partner (B2B) meetings foster key business connections and discussions on challenges, opportunities and priorities. Open to all registered conference attendees at no additional charge, participation is reliant on completing the commitment form below. Once submitted, we'll share our B2B prospectus which includes an option to upgrade to a more private Meeting Pod. 

Please note the following dates/deadlines:

  • The scheduling program opens on February 25th at noon eastern.  For those that fill out the form below, information will come out prior to the scheduler opening.
  • The last day to sign up for the B2B program is Wednesday March 19, 2025 at 5pm eastern.


2025 B2B Exchange

How It Works

15-minute business appointments are pre-arranged over three days of the conference. Meetings are held by service providers, suppliers or manufacturers by hosting a meeting table or private meeting room to talk with retail and wholesale companies.

Each company is responsible for securing its own appointments and setting the meeting agenda using the online FMI Scheduler.
