Cancellation and Other Policies
Please notify registrar in writing via email to register@fmi.org or via fax at 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, is granted when a cancellation is received prior to February 20, 2015. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by February 27, 2015. No refund will be granted if notification is received after February 27, 2015.
Supplier Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for showcase packages will be accepted prior to January 9, 2015. Suppliers will receive a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee, for the table expense. No refunds for the showcase package will be provided if cancellations are received after January 9, 2015.

After the cut-off date, FMI cannot guarantee hotel availability or the reduced group rate, so please book early.
Standard Rates: $175** Single/Double Occupancy
**Rate excludes room taxes (currently 15.95%) and an additional Hotel Services Fee (HSF) of $6.95 per room, per night. The HSF entitles all guests to wireless internet access in guest rooms, unlimited local phone and 800 number calls, complimentary use of the health club, morning newspaper, overnight shoe shine, and coffee and tea service in the hotel’s Deli each morning at designated hours. The Hotel Services Fee is mandatory and will be added to each guest folio.

*Please Note: Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types. One (1) night’s room & tax deposit is required to secure a hotel reservation. Hotel rates do not include hotel occupancy tax (currently 15.95%) and $6.95 per room, per night Hotel Services Fee. The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee reservations, as well as an arrival and departure date. Your credit card will be charged for your room deposit immediately upon completion of your reservation. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Please note that in order to have a reservation in the conference group room block, you must register for the FMI Asset Protection Conference. FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. The hotel will add an early departure fee of $75 to any guest who checks out of the hotel prior to the guest's reserved check-out date. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel prior to or at check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Hotel Cancellation & Changes
All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations or changes no later than 72 hours prior to arrival in order to receive a refund of the room deposit. Reservations cancelled within 71 hours of arrival or if the guest fails to check-in on the arrival date, the credit card on the reservation will be charged for the first night’s room and tax or the deposit will be forfeited.
Travel Information
Memphis International Airport (MEM) is located approximately 10 miles/15-20 minutes from The Peabody and offers direct flights to/from most major cities. The following are a few options for ground transportation.
Taxi
Taxis are available at the Memphis Airport and an approximate fare to Downtown Memphis is $30 one-way.
The Peabody Memphis Parking
The Peabody offers front door valet parking as well as covered self-parking in a garage one block away.
Overnight Valet Parking: $26 per night
Overnight Self-Parking: $18 per night
The parking entrance is located off 2nd Street. For valet parking, turn left down ramp. For self-parking, drive straight up the ramp. If you choose self-parking, you may conveniently drop your bags with a valet parking attendant prior to parking your car.
