Cancellation and Other Policies:
Please notify registrar by email to ccummingst@fmi.orgor fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to May 6, 2014. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by May 23, 2014. No refund if notification is received after May 23, 2014.
