Onsite Registration for RFSF ONLY June 6, 2014 - June 10, 2014 Registration onsite for the FMI Foundation Retail Food Safety Forum does NOT include access to FMI Connect.  If you plan to register onsite for the Forum and would like to attend FMI Connect, you will have to register seperately for the two events.

* Included in your FMI Foundation Retail Food Safety Forum registration is access to FMI’s annual trade show – FMI Connect – with access to Show Floor and all of the education sessions.  Only applies to those who register prior to the event.  If you register onsite, your registration rate is only good for the FMI Foundation Retail Food Safety Forum NOT including FMI Connect.

NOTE: Registration for FMI Connect does NOT include registration to the FMI Foundation Retail Food Safety Forum.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Please notify registrar by email to ccummingst@fmi.orgor fax 202.220.0830.  A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to May 6, 2014.  A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by May 23, 2014. No refund if notification is received after May 23, 2014.
