The Food Marketing Institute (FMI) respectfully submits the following comments in response to the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) which begins the process necessary for the adoption of accessibility guidelines issued by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board for buildings and facilities that are covered under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 (ABA). 69 Fed.
