OSHA: General Industry and Construction Occupational Noise Exposure standards: Request for Extension of Comment Period (OSHA-2010-0032)

On October 19, 2010, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published in the Federal Register a proposed interpretation of the term “feasible” as it relates to administrative or engineering controls as used in OSHA’s General Industry and Construction Occupational Noise Exposure standards (29 CFR Parts 1910 and 1926).
