USDA FNS: Implementation of the Electronic Benefit Transfer-Related Provisions for WIC Program (May 29, 2013)

On February 28, 2013, the United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) announced a proposed rule to implement the Electronic Benefit Transfer – Related Provisions of the Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act (HHFKA).
