FDA: FSMA Produce Safety Supplemental Proposed Rule (December 15, 2014)

On September 29, 2014, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) published in the Federal Register a supplemental proposed rule entitled Standards for the Growing, Harvesting, Packing, and Holding of Produce for Human Consumption (the Supplemental Rule)^.1 The Food Marketing Institute (FMI) appreciates the opportunity to comment on this important matter.
