The undersigned associations (together “the Associations”) submit these comments in response to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (“EEOC” or “the Commission”) proposal to revise the Employer Information Report (EEO-1) as published in the Federal Register on July 14, 2016 (hereinafter “the proposal” or “30-day notice”).1 The proposal represents EEOC’s response to public commentary on the initial changes to the EEO-1 report which the EEOC proposed on February 1, 2016.2 Many of the undersigned associations submitted comments to the EEOC on April 1.
