The 2025 Annual Meat Conference Planning Committee convened at the FMI headquarters July 30-31 to discuss key topics and updates for the upcoming event. Co-chaired by David Hess, Senior Director, Meat and Seafood at Harris Teeter, and Elizabeth Yerecic, EVP Sales & Sustainability, Co-owner at Yerecic Label, the committee focused on critical industry issues and setting the agenda for the 2025 conference.

The Annual Meat Conference, hosted by FMI and the Meat Institute, is a premier event that brings together over 2,400 meat retail professionals from around the globe. The three-day gathering celebrates all things meat and aims to foster innovation and growth among attendees.
