If you had told me a decade ago that I'd be talking about generative AI, retail media networks and data dilemmas in grocery retail, I might have given you a puzzled look. But here we are, at the doorstep of 2025, and I'm amazed — truly amazed — at the scale of FMI's technology projects. As someone who's spent years in the industry, it's incredible to witness how technology is shaping the future of retail.

The Digitally Engaged Grocery Shopper: FMI and NIQ are revisiting this critical research to capture the ever-changing world of online grocery shopping from ecommerce to click-and-collect. This report will equip you with insights to meet changing consumer demands.
Then there's Retail Media. Traditional advertising is giving way to data-driven campaigns blending digital and physical channels. FMI, NielsenIQ, and Think Blue Consulting are collaborating to provide continuous updates on Retail Media Networks (RMNs), helping members maximize investments and drive innovation.
We're also celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Boardroom, a publication partnership between Oliver Wyman and FMI. This milestone edition features must-reads for staying ahead of industry trends like technology-focused articles on AI-assisted shopping and generative AI.
